His commutation is great and consistent, he really works for you! If by any chance he can not be present for a showing, his partner Kim jumps right in. She is very sweet and also very knowledgeable. Just wanna share with you about my experience of buying a condo in Waterford. So l’m very picky person😅 Thanks God l got the best realtor in Waterford . Her name is Madison Still. She was by my side from the moment l step in a office till the moment l actually got the house key . She is super responsible , friendly, supportive , kind and professional. Its my first house so l don’t know anything about it. So if you are the same you definitely need a good realtor with their own team. Which they actually are. Michael and Dustin did a great job as well. So right now its a week seance l sigh all the papers and move in my new condo. Really enjoy it . We still in touch with Madison’s team about any questions l got☺️
