The most trustworthy garage I have ever been to! Brought my 986S in for service, MOT, repairs, and a retrofit. All was priced up fairly, and anywhere James could save me money by reusing any old parts in good condition, he did. What I liked especially was the time he would take to talk you through your car, including photos of what was done, and anything to look out for in the future. Very good communication by email or phone from Ursula also! Unfortunately looking to sell my Porsche, but when/if I get another, I will be using here from now on.

James at JGC Porsche has been looking after my Porsches for about 8 years in total and he has never failed to impress with his work standards, diagnosis and honesty about work that needs doing (and importantly work that doesn’t). The one thing I always look for in someone maintaining my cars is honesty and someone I can trust to do a good job - James is exactly that person. Even to the point of doing himself out of work, his advice is always sound and measured and will always tell me if something I might want wouldn’t be right for the car. He is meticulous in recording the work he does, he photographs and records what he finds and how it is corrected or fixed and then takes the time to explain things to me directly when I collect. It’s that personal touch and taking the time to discuss things with his customers that makes all the difference.

I have just collected my 997.2 from JGC and am so impressed by the service provided by James and Ursula. James is obviously incredibly knowledgeable about the cars. His walk-through explanation, with photos, of future wear and tear advisories was presented in such a clear way that even I could understand it.
