It’s not every day that you walk into a jewellery store, have the door closed behind you, and receive such genuinely friendly service instead of pushy sales tactics. Joe, the owner, is truly a stand-up gentleman. I came into his shop about a month ago with a very specific request: to find the tiniest diamond earrings possible before the mall closed. Not only did Joe show me the options he had on hand, but he also encouraged me to call my wife for approval and even suggested I check around the mall to see if I could find something smaller before making a purchase. After doing a full sweep of the Markville jewellery stores and comparing other options, I returned to Jewellery Forever. In the end, I didn’t buy anything from Joe that evening because he himself recommended I go with another provider for this particular request. I’m writing this review because I feel indebted to him for his kindness that evening and to highlight the kind of business he runs. Customer service should apply to everyone who walks through the door, not just those who make a purchase that day. Joe is a shining example of this. Thank you, sir. I’ll be coming back to your shop any time I need something in the future.

It sucks you can’t reply to comments on here but anyways. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess Markville has no standards and lets any random person open a store there. If I could give it zero stars I would. There’s this grumpy old dude that works there, ever heard of service with a smile? Probably upset no one likes his permanent frown. Maybe you’d get better reviews if you didn’t do such a bad job at selling jewelry, it’s not rocket science. and god forbid you critique their terrible service and they will reply and cry like little babies instead of taking responsibility. Take this as your sign to Save your money and go to actual reputable jewelry store!!
