Jesse's professional yet easy-going personality made selling and buying a house a little less stressful. With his experience, he knew it was a good idea to start looking at houses before we listed. I'm glad we did because our condo sold unexpectedly over one weekend. Seeing a few homes prior to listing helped us realize what we liked and didn't like, which helped us narrowed down our choices. We were in a time crunch to find a new home and he was willing to take us to see as many houses as we can fit in a day. Even though we were rushed, Jesse was still diligent in finding us a well built home. He worked out a reasonable timeline in our selling contract to allow us enough time to find a new home.
