It was my moms first time at the dental office she had a cleaning and 2 dental fills, one of the fillings came off with half of the tooth! I called in for an emergency appointment for my mom, she went back and they fixed it, next day she couldn’t eat because filling was higher and was hurting her. I called few days ago to make an appointment and change her doctor because my mom didn’t like the doctor that did the filling and FRONT DESK said she can’t change doctor, mind you she has a good insurance, telling me she can’t change doctor it makes no sense when there are multiples drs, I guess they want lose patients she already looking for a new place.
