Full Scale Roofing left an eye sore right in the front part of our roof. They resealed some old, pre-existing flashing by caking and splatting on sealant and painting it all first brown, then an ugly grey, which both look terrible. While speaking to Mike, the owner about it he first claimed the flashing and sealant already looked the way they left it, but I got on the roof while he was there and proved that the caked-on sealant was wet and something they did. He now insists that what they did only “highlights” what was already there, which I know is not the case. Let the photos speak for themselves. Everywhere that the flashing meets the roof looks terrible, the sealant is globbed on everywhere and the paint is disgusting. The more I look into it online the more I see that a good roofing contractor replaces the old flashing when doing a new roof so the flashing is the same age as the roof. Full Scale Roofing should have replaced the flashing and taken much more care when applying sealant so it wouldn’t look the way it does now. To me this all demonstrates a lack of care and pride in their work. Also, according to the estimate they were supposed to sweep the yard with magnets, but in less than a day I found dozens of nails around where my small children play without looking very hard at all, and have picked up a good amount of trash from the job as well. This is all really sad because we’ve watched most of our neighbors get new roofs and be happy with the results, but for us ours looks bad right up above our front door.

From initial contact to installation was less than 1 week. The crew arrived early, they were polite, cared about my property and cleaned up extremely well. The roof job was excellent. They ran the magnet over the yard 3 times to ensure they got any loose nails. Owner even walked with them the last time. They also replaced my back door frame and installed a new door. That also was a great job. After they did my job my sister had them come quote a full roof replacement. Upon inspection they only recommended a few hundred dollars in repairs. So Honest as well.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They pay attention to the weather, picked a great day, started on time, finished by 5 and cleaned up the yard better than they found it. You will not go wrong with full scale roof.
