We found Wayne and his crew from online reviews. I own two properties and have gone through multiple gut renovations. Wayne and his team were pretty amazing. They helped do major work on a 1 bedroom loft we have and did it within a reasonable budget. They gutted the kitchen, pulled out walls, tile, painted, redid a closet, installed new ceiling and recessed lights. There were a few issues that came up and went over budget but they were reasonable and Wayne helped keep things moving along quickly. We actually rented the space and then a water heater broke and leaked all over the new construction. We contacted Wayne and he immediately helped us out with the water remediation and insurance billing issues. He worked quickly and upgrading to a tankless unit, tiling the utility closet, replacing all the hardwood floor, damaged Sheetrock, insulation etc. They did an amazing job. This project went slightly over budget and estimated completion but I would definitely use Wayne and his team again. They are very professional and as a contractor he was very easy to meet with and he answered anytime I called. My only suggestion for my next project would be to make sure all details are finalized beforehand and no change orders/extra costs are performed without clear prior approval. Great team and great work. Thanks for all the help Wayne.

Wayne and his whole team at Waterfront Home Improvement did an amazing job re-doing our whole house. What started as a ground-floor refinished living area led to an exceptional top-to-bottom home improvement upgrade project. All due to the company's excellent capabilities and awesome pricing. His Construction and Remodeling team is friendly, punctual, and fast. They would work from morning until dark and get each step of the project moving along professionally. They made great recommendations. Whenever we had questions or needed extra details to be done; they completed them without extending the timeline. They did everything and anything we wanted to improve and repair our home. Thank you, Wayne, and your phenomenal team. You all went above and beyond what we could ask for or imagine. I could not be happier with Wayne/Waterfront Home Improvement. Selecting a contractor is always stressful, and we were very relieved to find a reliable and responsive one that does great work. Our basement was destroyed after hurricane Ida and we needed to replace the drywall, tile flooring, all doors, and have it all painted. Wayne started work immediately, his crew was always on time (or early), and they finished very quickly and delivered quality work. Wayne was great to work with, any time I pointed out something that needed fixing his crew got on it right away. He did quality checks every day and made sure the end result was just right. Very happy with my choice and would recommend Wayne for any home improvement job!

Wayne and his team are excellent! They demoed a pantry, built us a breakfast nook with a pullout table and cabinets next to the fireplace. We also had a custom closet built in the bedroom!
