There needs to be better communication with the front reception to the back of the house communication with doctors. I was told I was getting surgery and required to Fast , then was told my visit was just a consultation, I had to wait 3 more hours before I could be seen for my extraction. Front receptionist is nice but shouldn’t assume what the treatment is for the day.

The staff is always welcoming friendly and efficient Khadijah ( the receptionist ) & Alexa at checkout always ensuring I am aware of how long it will be before I get taken care of which I have never waited longer than ten minutes, Dayon always welcoming my X/rays were pain free during my visit Aida the Hygeinist educated me on effective care to my braces , love my experience with Dr. Rafaela

Had an amazing experience from the time I walked in the door. The front desk staff was very kind and personable! The dental assistants were also great and attentive to my needs. And let me not forget my hygienist Aeida she did such a great job on my cleaning today, she took her time and thoroughly explained everything she was doing.

Definitely appreciate this practice. I had a very horrible experience with another company and Elegance understood where I was coming from and definitely worked with me to get the job done. I truly appreciate how attentive they were to me. I would give five stars but I’ve only been twice. SO FAR SO GREAT 😄
