Mrss. RighttThis provider is running a scam. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. I also will be reporting him to the IRS. the IRS informed me that they still have not received my taxes. A couple of months ago he told me the taxes were mailed off the week of March 26th, 2024- April 2nd, 2024. In addition to this eight weeks I've waited the original electric file that you assured me was sent off in January 2024 was received by the IRS. Which means I've been waiting a total of 6 months for taxes that I paid $165.00 to be filed that were never filed. I no longer trust that you will submit my taxes to the IRS. Do not trust this provider. I reached out to the IRS and they are still unable to locate my taxes.
