We specifically ordered a breakfast bun with brown sauce. It took ages when we got it. We pointed out. There were no napkins and they were passed to us as if we were just annoyance and then when we drove round to the car park to eat the bun it had red sauce so we had to join a long queue to get it changed for a brown sauce one and there was no apology. Nothing one was taking offs and one was slapped in our hands not even in a bag.

What is going on here?!. The last two times we've visited we have been overcharged. Staff don't have a clue what they are doing. Is adequate training not being given? When my husband said you've over charged me this morning the girl replied "well you've paid now," then refused to do anything about it. overcharged by £7.15 not just by a couple of quid. Her attitude is appalling. So apparently theft is acceptable here. Luckily the lad at the serving hatch got the manager. The manager did resolve this and was apologetic but this is really not an acceptable way to treat customers. This visit was 1.3.25 at roughly 8:20.

We use the Beverley McDonald's most weekends at breakfast time. The staff are welcoming, focused and efficient. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and the food is good. There are often families having breakfast. We are in the 60-70 year age group, we have met several regulars of a similar age, and we have a little chat. It's a friendly environment.

All staff need retraining EVERY time I have been to this McDonald’s they have got the order wrong. It’s not hard! The screen is right in front of you! Pay some attention instead of talking about what you did at the weekend and messing around in the kitchen.
