After the experiences we, along with just about everyone else on our street has had, we cannot recommend any new house sold through Jarett Johnson/Realty Executives Focus. On top of notable quality issues and extensive delays, one of the largest issues we had during our home build related to overall integrity/deceit issues. The builder they partner with, Dhruv “Sunny” Agarwal of FCL Construction/Aegar Homes was also caught in multiple lies that caused significant issues for us, with little help offered through Realty Focus. Again, this experience has been shared by almost everyone we’ve spoken to in our neighbourhood who purchased homes through Jarett/Realty Focus

In response to Jarrett’s reply to a prior review. He is wrong. He was the selling agent for the builder, who is someone he chooses to partner with, and completely dismisses the glaring integrity issues with said builder. He in no way guides or support the buyer for their best interest, which is evidenced by continual issues we have with our home and ongoing warranty issues, which is shared with other buyers we have spoken with. Jarett has my information and is welcome to reach out to us personally if he wishes to resolve the ongoing issue.
