I’ve been seeing Maureen for quite some time now. I kept seeing her being recommended by many people in the community so I decided to book with her. She is the best RMT I have been to (and I’ve been to quite a few). She is also such an amazing human! She has helped me so much with my migraines as well as other pains/stress. The space is welcoming and warm. 10/10 recommend!

I have been to Aloft Registered Massage Therapy at Ottawa and Barton more than five times now and appreciate Maureen's personable, friendly and exceptionally skilled therapy. She is attentive in finding out what I need from each session and concentrates on the physical concerns I mention each time. For me, massage therapy also involves the atmosphere you experience during the massage and Maureen provides therapy in a spacious, clean and tranquil office. I highly recommend her, in fact I have given several friends a gift certificate for her services.

Today was my second time seeing Maureen and she is the best ever! I don’t have anything specific I need work on, just a nice self care massage for relaxation. She creates such a comforting atmosphere and is super friendly. I love that she can bill my insurance directly. Also felt very safe and clean during these crazy COVID times.
