Just purchased a new 2026 Land Rover Defender this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the whole process that I wanted to leave a review! We had an appointment with Sal who was great to work with. He took time to get to learn about what we were looking for and provided great suggestions. We also worked with Damon on a second visit who went into detail with us regarding pricing and was very pleasant to work with. They were not pushy sales people and showed care when working with us. They gave us privacy when needed and stood by for all our silly requests, a bow after purchase, looking inside every color on the lot multiple times, additional test drives and more. The front desk staff were great at offering lattes, water, snacks or just being accommodating with our 5 year old and new baby. I was impressed by the consumer journey and pick up of the vehicle. It felt like a luxury experience from start to finish and we are very happy with our new car. Thanks Portland team!

Nick and his tech took extra car of our vehicle and exhausted every avenue they could, taking all our concerns into consideration and helping us get back on the road confidently. Which is a HUGE deal as we drive nationwide in our vehicle and confidence in its function is paramount to our lifestyle. As we are permanently travelling, and receiving these services far from home, the team helped us to and from the service facility which was very beneficial to us.
