I appreciate FH Fur over all as a company and can say they have been excellent to work with in providing a new HVAC unit for my large home that does not drain power needlessly. Although I did have an issue with the follow up vent cleaning service that felt rushed, i have learned that Max simply became either overwhelmed and lost track due to the person I had in the home to show him around. Now I look forward to having much cleaner air

Christopher arrived on time and proceeded to complete a thorough evaluation/inspection of our HVAC systems(one for upstairs and one for the downstairs). We greatly appreciated his summary accompanied with pictures and in depth explanation of the items needing to be addressed. He forwarded an itemized statement giving a breakdown of potential cost for repair should we chose to act on it. He was an excellent communicator and very pleasant and professional.

Jose Campos came to evaluate and fix our air conditioning problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and respectful throughout. It was obvious that he knows his trade well and he took time to explain what he was doing and what his findings were. Also, huge for me: I homeschool my 4 kids (2-9 years old), and they LOVED following Jose around and watching him work. They literally watched him work for the entire day (with a break for lunch and a few breaks to run around). And Jose was so kind to them! At one point, I stepped inside for a second and when I stepped back out I snapped this picture before the moment passed - it looked like he was holding a kids' HVAC class to 4 attentive listeners. Thank you Jose! The few extra minutes to treat my kids with kindness and tell them what you were doing too is something they may never forget. We would definitely ask for Jose again.

David Axley always proactively examines the entire plumbing unit (not just the identified leak) and recommends/performs economically sound, 'preventative maintenance' measures on my plumbing. This, together with his annual inspections, minimizes any surprise, plumbing issues. In addition, his experience enables him to resolve issues quickly, as well as to take the time to discuss his basic steps, thus making me much more prepared when I do need him. Hence, I always ask for David to do the plumbing work at my house.
