I've been coming to Jad's for a few years now due to its location (I live just a few metres from it) and no matter who I get or how long it's been since I last had my hair lightened they always do a great job. Jad, Jagger and Stacey are all great hairdressers and I know I'm going to get quality. I've recommended the salon to friends because of how good they are. If you need your hair lightened and you're in Redfern or the inner west this is the best salon. You can't go wrong with Jad's.

This isn’t a boring beige/tan instagram salon that has come into fashion these days but it is a salon where you will get is the most dedicated, welcoming staff that have a wealth of knowledge in the industry. As someone who has red/auburn hair naturally I have never found a hairdresser that has been able to colour match my hair but here they did FIRST go. This is a salon that is going to make you feel calm, cared for and inclusive. Why would you not go to a salon that is reasonably priced where you will get top quality hair and service. I could rave about this salon for years. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jagger is an absolute star! I was lucky to nab a last-minute appointment with him for a bouncy blow dry, and from start to finish, the entire service was flawless. It was my first time at JAD, and it exceeded all my expectations. I usually get nervous about new salons because I have thick, unruly, frizzy hair—but Jagger is a true pro who gave me a sleek, frizz-free, voluminous blowout. The salon is great, and the staff are friendly and professional. Jagger is attentive, personable, and an incredible stylist. Highly recommend!
