No unhappy people answering the phone. They will answer the phone and give you an answer or call you back to give you up to date information. They do care about their clients. This is my second case with them, and the reason that I chose them again is because they are professional, honest, and efficient. Jasmine is a human computer. She is very professional and will always answer any questions about your case. She is always available and knows what she is doing. She is excellent at following up with the latest updates regarding the case status, and she will answer the phone even when she is on her lunch break.
