Customer experiences
This ER does not even deserve 1 star!!!! The ER room floors are stained and dirty. The blanket they gave my mom was still stained and hadn't been washed. They just want to give you a quick answer that you're ok and ship you out the door. They keep you waiting hours upon hours for no real results. There is a major lack of concern and compassion towards patients here. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this ER, it's a waste of time!! When you address a concern they avoid answering it at all costs or flat out ignore you and walk out of the room.
The ER staff and DR. Michael were great. My stay 6/10 rm 221. Nurse's were professional and knowledgeable. Plus they were cute. Thanks for getting me better.
Came here with my daughter for a huge gash on her hand. After 3.5 hours they came and got us to say we need x-rays. Then sent us back to the waiting room. Now it's been an hour wait again so far. This hospital seems to expand bigger and bigger but what's the point if you don't have the staff? It's a joke. No I will not contact Patient Experience because when has it ever been any good? Just warning other individuals whom needs medical attention.
this could be the worst hospital ive ever been to lmao. came in with a suspected knee ligament tear. got an xray, a brace thats already falling apart, and crutches they acted like they couldn’t make fit me. no MRI, no pain medication - just a “wear this brace and if it still hurts in 2 days, go see someone else.” the RN was extremely unprofessional and didnt even turn the light on in my ER room. the person who ran my insurance made repeated comments about my pronouns (it was not relevant) and it made me uncomfortable. dont go here.
Jacksonville Memorial Hospital is a hospital.
