Way to show great customer service, Angela! Not. The full service pump attendant stayed in the warm store and watched. Even after my husband waved and then lightly tapped the horn. My husband has one arm and depends on full service assistance. I told her, and Angela sarcastically brushed me off. Fortunately this time I was with my husband to help. Most times I'm not with him so he will go elsewhere now. They should probably take down the full service signs so people don't waste time waiting for service they won't get and maybe put Angela through customer service training. I wasn't the only one she was rude to. There and plenty of other gas stations in McMinnville that will appreciate customers.

I would give this a zero if I could! My husband prepaid for gas inside, went next door to Lowe's and recieved a notification that his card had been ran again for $125 with the wrong pin! When he went back to ask to speak to a manager, one was not there to speak with. The workers were rude and didn't liked being questioned about anything. Be careful!

The night crew here are amazing. They are super helpful and kind they always have a smile on their face…. I honestly wait until the night crew shows up before I even go to Jackson’s because they are just so much more pleasant than the people working during the day.

Always had a good experience with one exception where they refused to honor the sale price on a 12 pack of hard teas that was advertised as 50percent off in the cooler. When I got to the register it rang up as 25 percent off and they refused to honor the price they had posted on the cooler. Otherwise has been a great store, and I stop there nightly after work
