Hiring Kayla as my wedding planner was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! Kayla served as my wedding planner for my 2019 Winter wedding. When my husband and I met Kayla for the first time, we knew she’d make our wedding planning a breeze! She tackled many obstacles before the wedding and the day of. She even made changing our wedding date a breeze. Leading up to our wedding, Kayla had no issues answering countless emails, phone calls and texts from me or my mom but always reminded me that it was my day and I should do what made me happy. She did anything and everything she could to make wedding planning stress free for us! She was easily accessible for everything I needed in the months leading up to our big day. Something that I really loved was creating my vision board - which Kayla held me to (such a good thing, without her I would have been all over the place)! Kayla took the time to listen to my vision for our day and she really brought my vision to life. Walking into our reception, she really captured the look and vibes we were aiming for. Also, I am a big worrier... Kayla took the time to meet with me over lunch and coffee to discuss wedding planning and ease my nonsense stress! She did an amazing job answering all of my questions, and lets be honest - that was a lot! She had great recommendations for photographers, venues, music, and all wedding vendors (things you wouldn’t think of on your own!). The day of our wedding was the most stress free day thanks to Kayla! She handled all the vendors and we never stressed one bit the entire day. Kayla will make sure every vendor/person is in place and ready to go on the day of your wedding and that everything runs smoothly. Kayla will take care of all things you NEED but won’t think of as a bride... such as food to eat after the reception, special details to make you event more special, she even had food waiting for me and my husband in a hiding spot at our reception with a bottle of champagne so we could eat and toast together before tackling our reception. In addition to the wedding planning, Kayla planned our Sandals Honeymoon too - it was spectacular. Thank you Kayla for making our wedding day/planning such a fun time. Kayla is the absolute best at what she does. She spends so much time making sure that your day is exactly how you pictured it. Kayla went absolutely above and beyond for my husband and I. And let me tell you, she knows how to calm you down. If you get stressed about anything she is always just a phone call or email away. She helped us plan the most beautiful wedding that we could’ve ever asked for. If you are in the market for an amazing wedding planner I promise Kayla is worth every penny.
