I appreciate the opportunity to go through the hiring process, but I’ve never experienced an offer being verbally and digitally confirmed for three weeks, only to be withdrawn at the last minute. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, as it showed a lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. A company’s hiring process reflects its professionalism, and in this case, there is definitely room for improvement. Clearer communication and a more structured approach would prevent candidates from feeling misled. I hope they take this as constructive feedback to improve their recruitment experience for future applicants.
