Great experience from beginning to end with Omega. After a water leak was left unattended for 30 hours or so a portion of the home was left pretty well flooded. Omega team was there for mitigation within the hour and coordinated plumbing repair as well as cleanup, immediately. Their communication directly with the insurance company throughout the claim was extremely helpful and lowered the stress of this rebuild tremendously. The quality of work when the home was brought back to livable condition was beyond our expectations. We were always being communicated with along the way and anytime we interacted with the rebuild or mitigation team all were friendly and helpful. Really felt that Matt always had our best interest in mind. You never want your house to flood or catch fire but if it does you want to call Omega.

We had Omega out after we found a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They were fairly priced for the mitigation and worked quickly. We also had them do some of the repair work that we didn't feel comfortable completing on our own and their guys were incredibly courteous, kept their work areas clean and did amazing work.
