They made sure that everything was perfect and that I was pleased with the outcome. The work was completed in two short days and the site was completely cleaned. J&J were thorough, courteous and prompt with all their communications. After performing a complete inspection and diagnosis of the roof’s issues and probable cause of the leak they offered a variety of options as to address the issue with photos and their best recommendations (and it wasn’t the most expensive choice). No hard sales just straight talk. Their team, led by Carlos, worked fast and left the area cleaner than I left it (my gutters appeared to be free of debris too!). When it’s time to redo the whole roof, I’m calling J&J.
