I want to start off by saying I have gone to this place a few times before and they did a great job with those previous appointments but this last one I went to is truly discouraging and not okay at all. I booked an appointment for gel X on October 1st at 2:45. They had a full salon and seemed to be running behind schedule as I only got taken to the nail station around 3:10 ish which simply, waiting isn’t a problem— it only becomes a problem when the tech rushes and doesn’t care or isn’t educated on the fact that she COULD GIVE ME A LIFE LONG ALLERGIC REACTION (contact dermatitis) from the wet gel touching my skin that is now cured and tight to my skin (causing irritation). In the moment I was a little curious as to why she was allowing it to be so messy but who am I to question the “professional” and I truly thought she was going to clean it up. Paid $75 roughly just to be told by other nail techs in my family and on the internet that this is dangerous and very unprofessional. Today I wasn’t able to come in to the salon due to a family members funeral out of town, I’m hoping to find time tomorrow to come in and get things handled accordingly. I hope the salon takes this concern seriously as this isn’t something to mess around with and definitely isn’t my fault. Thank you.

Best nail salon ever in Saskatoon. I had great experience with Tina and she did my nail beautifully. Also good customer service for everything. Highly recommend of all time!!! 1000/10😃😃

Was my first time here and Hannah was my nail tech. Absolutley amazing and probably the best set I’ve gotten! The service was amazing and a lovely environment to be in. I was offered a beverage as soon as I sat down, finished in just under 2 hours and got a lovely hand massage and warm towel treatment after:)! Was a bit pricey for what I got but so worth it! Super impressed with how the nails turned out and I got compliments walking out the door. Would recommend Hannah to anyone who comes in :) thanks guys!
