rachel mcewanI bought a pram and they said just ring up in 4 weeks and you can collect it. I rang up and had to wait 2 months. When collecting it you have only got one hour per either a Friday or saturday to collect it. I was late one week so they said I cant get it. I turned up early the second time and still have to wait till dead on the time they gave. It is an absolutly joke. I would not recommend buying a pram from here to anyone. Even if you ring the shop no one ever answers. You have to collect the pram from somewhere else I did not bang on the door. Another person told me to knock on that door. I was not told you were having lunch. A lady told me that he was doing another job , but he will come and collect the pram for me. I was not screaming and shouting I just said that the collection was a joke. I am allowed to say this without raising a voice. however if you want to reply with lies then that's ok I just know the truth and that all that matters

Its a small privately owned boutique so you get a really personal service, you are put under no pressure to buy anything you do not feel comfortable buying, and they give fantastic advice and guidance. Lovely staff, flexible payment terms and customer services. I honestly can't praise them enough. We went to places like halfords and mammas & pappas and the staff there were obviously just bored and working through their shifts. Here you can honestly tell that they care, and want whats best for you and the baby. Things like that matter a LOT. I wish I could give them more stars!
Lee BVery bad customer service they speak to you like your nothing. All they want is you’re money my mum ordered an isofix but was given one that doesn’t swivel round despite her ordering this shes not used it and they won’t return it or exchange it for the one she asked for. And we also had troubles with the pram. This place is a joke I wouldn’t buy Here.
