The staff was incredibly friendly and attended to me as soon as I walked in. I did have to wait for my room to be ready, but once the receptionist escorted me there, I was handed an iPad to connect with a lady whos title I don't remember. But she was a medical professional. She asked me a few health questions and cleared me to receive the services I had come for. Soon after, two women entered the room: Alisia, a registered nurse (RN), and a lady who's name I don't remember. She informed me about the pros and cons of the procedure I was about to receive, but I felt that most of her conversation was focused on trying to upsell me to a larger package. I had come in on a promotional offer, which I found to be misleading regarding what I was actually getting. However, I decided to make the best of it and just wanted to get the procedure done and leave. Then, she attempted to get me to scan a QR code to see if I qualified for their financing options. I refused. Once she realized that I wasn't interested in being upsold, she handed the conversation over to Alisia and left the room. When Alisia was ready to start, I shared my concerns with her, and she was very willing to sit down and discuss them before proceeding. After listening to me explain my ultimate goal, she recommended a different service that might be a better fit. I felt truly heard and understood by her, and I appreciated that she took the time to listen to what I was looking for. In the end, I left without undergoing the service I originally came in for, but I am definitely considering returning for the service that Alisia recommended. UPDATE: After my initial experience, in which I left without receiving the service I had intended to get, I really wanted to give this place another chance. I reached out to Alisia a couple of days later to let her know I decided to move forward with the GLP-1 protocol she recommended. She scheduled me for a consultation that same day. Upon my arrival, she was ready for me and led me to my room. We went over a few details, took before pictures, and everything was set to go. Alisia also mentioned that the owner had read my review and wanted to make up for my earlier experience. As a gesture, she gave me an ANFISA skin lip gloss, which I absolutely love, and scheduled me for a facial. A couple of days later, Maghen, the nurse practitioner, called me to schedule my lab work and answer any questions I had about the GLP-1 shots. Today, I had my facial appointment, and before starting, Alisia administered my first NAD+ shot that I added to complement my GLP-1 protocol. She kept me in the room for 15min for observation before starting the facial. The facial was incredibly relaxing! Alisia explained everything she was using on my face throughout the treatment. The facial took about 30 minutes from start to finish, and my skin feels so hydrated now. I’m really glad I came back. Everyone has been wonderful, and despite a few misunderstanding, my experience has turned out to be fantastic!

10 OUT OF 10 As a busy mom and caregiver, I really needed a break, so I went to Issil Beauty Spa. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless, which I loved! I treated myself to a facial and it was amazing! If you’re looking for a place to unwind, I highly recommend Issil Beauty Spa. WE deserve it!

I was a bit excited & nervous, but when I stepped into the building, my nervousness went away. I love the friendly welcoming staff. JADE was awesome, very informative. She helped me with my consultation. The whole crew is awesome. I got a B12 shot with Kybella Treatment. I will be back again. Great experience 👍👍👍👍 👍

It took a bit of time to be seen but the entire staff is very accommodating. Your first appointment is a bit long but completely worth it. Marisol really did a great job addressing my concerns and informing me about my procedure. The best part was seeing the results provided by the staff! It’s always comforting and reassuring when you see that the employees use the products and or procedures. A first hand testimony is always a good sign of faith. Xotchil did my procedure and she took great care of making sure I was comfortable. I loved that she explained her process rather than just going in with vagueness. Bonus! She was very gentle there was minimal pain. For me it was a plus that the staff were all Women. They have a gentle approach while still having a firm understanding of their clients needs.
