I paid $350 for an hour consultation with Christina, but I didn’t feel it was worth the fee. I waited about a month for the appointment. I had to pay upfront and submit a detailed intake form with very sensitive information, with no ability to speak with her beforehand. To her credit, Christina was knowledgeable and willing to represent me. However, I sensed the focus was more financial (steering me toward a retainer arrangement) than on fully understanding the harm and context of my experience. In hindsight, the consultation might have been worth around $150 for her time and expertise, but certainly not $350 in my opinion. Many firms offer free consultations.
