I have been with Iron Way for a few months now (13 yrs exp) and like the others I have only good things to say, this is a top tier driver's company. They are outstanding to work for and easy to work with. Nice equipment and conestogas, pay rates high end of average, always keep me moving and I get home whenever I ask. What more could an otr flatbedder ask for. During orientation I asked the owner just curious when the company was founded and how many trucks he has now, the answer indicated an impressive rate of growth even during a time when so many other small carriers were shutting their doors. I noticed that too. Now I know why. I'm thankful to be here and plan to stay until I decide to come off the road and find a local job at some point years in the future.

If you are trustworthy and do a good job you can operate here without being micromanaged. Top notch new equipment and they will give you whatever you need to do your job well. Good structure and very professional. You have to be on your A game and that is what I like. Owner is very hands on when it comes to driver questions and equipment needs. Professional work environment and competitive pay. Even with the tough market across the industry they do take care of their drivers. As with OTR you can expect to run the miles but pay is good and they will work with you to get you home whenever you need to get back. It's all up to you. One thing that sticks out to me is the company growth during this tight economy. Adding new drivers and trucks almost weekly seems like. I like it here. J

I have been partnering with IronWay since the beginning of 2024. I have nothing but great things to say about this carrier and their performance. Dispatcher Max and colleagues never fail to communicate any issues that happen before or during transit. They are a proactive carrier not reactive! Their drivers are also amazing to work with. My operations team will have their jokes and laughs with the drivers during our Daily check calls. I find myself very fortunate and lucky that max called in on one of my Texas loads. Little did I know what this partnership would become almost 10 months later! Thank you for everything Iron Way!

I love working for IRONWAY this is the best company I have ever worked for. They take care of there drivers and are very patient with everything. Max keeps me loaded and I'm never sitting I always stay moving. Ion is always on top of things and the orientation is very detailed there is nothing left unsaid.
