This is probably my 4th or 5th time buying from ISP, and they’ve crushed it every single time. I always end up needing something last minute, so I’ll hop on their site and send a message expecting a reply the next day, but within 30 seconds, they’re already on it (even after hours.. sorry about that). I’ve never seen another retail company respond or ship as fast as these guys. Easily the best customer service I’ve dealt with in any industry. If you’re into this kind of clothing, don’t overthink it.. order from Iron Shop Provisions. You’ll get your stuff faster and with better service than anywhere else.

Probably the only niche boutique in the states that will treat you like a friend. Perfect hemming service and Duncan provides excellent customer service. Will continue to do business with Iron Shop for as long as I live near them and will probably continue through online sales if I move away. I have dealt with the vast majority of the Japanese resellers in the States and Iron Shop is absolutely on the top of that list. It’s a small list too. People in the United States aren’t so united anymore and customer service has dwindled, tragically. Hopefully we can right this ship and provide each other with grace and humility. As intended. Can’t say enough good stuff about my experience buying online with ISP. Josh was able to make a spot on sizing recommendation for a grail piece for me. So much friendlier to work with than a lot of big city stores selling the same brands like Iron Heart. Thanks!

Great experience shopping online w/ the Iron Shop Provisions Team. I bought a shirt online and upon receipt I learned I needed to exchange for a larger size. Spoke with Josh on the phone and he was super helpful in getting me the right size shirt for me. He sent me pics with actual shirt measurements using a tape measure to make sure I got the exact right size. The exchange process was very easy and my new shirt arrived promptly. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I look forward to shopping with the store in the future.
