DO NOT HIRE – Terrible Workmanship & No Accountability We hired Pro Construction Solutions (PCS) for a major home remodel. The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The work was riddled with mistakes, poor craftsmanship, and outright negligence. Glass Ruined – Their painters splattered paint on our brand-new smart glass, then scratched it while trying to clean it. Failed repair attempts left visible damage. Walls & Doors Butchered – Drywall was poorly done, leaving visible scratches, dust painted over, and our brand-new doors were ruined by unauthorized painting. Some doors don’t even close properly due to bad installation. Plumbing Disaster – PCS’s work caused loud pipe rattling in our ceiling, and their half-hearted fixes didn’t solve the problem. Radiant Heat Still Doesn’t Work – They botched the installation, had to rip up our floors to redo it, and still failed to make it functional—leaving us with damaged tile. Vanities & Bathrooms Damaged – PCS delivered damaged vanities and refused to take responsibility. Our freestanding tub was improperly sealed, leading to mold growth. Structural Issues – The hallway ceiling wasn’t leveled correctly, making the attic access ladder crooked. Broken Promises & Ghosting – The contractor, George Rossle, stopped responding altogether. The licensed contractor of record, Paul Mokhnar, admitted he wasn’t even involved in our project and later ignored our calls after promising to fix things. PCS took our money, destroyed parts of our home, and refused to make things right. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY from this company! And these are just some of the major items there is many more items that are messed up that they are ignoring.

George did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. It is exactly how I wanted it (and more!). George took the time to provide me with a lot of samples, renderings, recommendations and feedback throughout the process. He paid attention to small details and left the work site clean before leaving for the day. Do I occasionally sit and stare at my new kitchen? Yep! I will not hesitate to use George again in the future.
