Making the decision to invest in therapy has been, by far, the best thing I've ever done for my life. I have tried a few other places and Terri Ward at Iridescence Counselling has been the best. It's a 40 min drive for me but it's worth it. They also do virtual as another option which is great. I highly recommend Terri.

Sometimes when you talk to someone, you feel like they dont quite get you and are changing what you mean in their own heads. This was my experience with many therapists Ive used over the years. Left quite the sour taste in my mouth. But I was at a place that once again I needed guidance outside of myself and a friend recommended Terry Ward. Started as couples therapy and then I went to her after for myself. Our first session was such a breath of fresh air, it was like she understood exactly what I meant and never picked sides or made either of us feel attacked. We quickly learned a few things that we didnt know about the other and started laughing. My personal session with Terry helped me see parrellels between people in my past that I would have never seen on my own and helped me finally close that chapter of my life. She is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend.

Hannah Brunsdon has provided an exceptional introduction to the world of therapy for my 8 year old son. With very thoughtful intention, she has created a safe space for him filled with humour and analogy’s that make more complex concepts of emotional intelligence understandable for a child.
