Unless your case is cut and dry easy, run for the hills. She doesn’t put any effort into explaining things or communicating at all, my files were not even complete and she wanted to submit them. Does not have your best interests in mind, just wants to do the basics that works with her schedule. And she doesn’t accept walk-ins to even drop off files, I thought that was weird.
