I have neck and shoulder tension/pain due to a herniated disc, and he took time to listen to my concerns and target problem areas/trigger points with precision. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and how all the various tendons, muscles, vertebrae are connected. I’ve been to other deep tissue massages that felt excruciating — but with Ian I was so relaxed and comfortable, and truly felt like a new person after I left. He is a talented professional who clearly cares about his clients’ individual needs and holistic wellbeing. Thank you Ian- I will be back regularly!
