Worst experience.employee no manners towards customers.order goods, based on the quotation including transportation.already make payment than said transportation chargers add on 200 ringgit.ask us to bare.than cal the staff to follow up arrival of goods she very root answering and cut off the phone calls few times.1st experience and it wl be my last last order with them.

Yesterday, I went to Intraco Hardware to buy door locks. As I stepped into the shop, it seemed like a total downgrade. There was nothing useful in the shop. I remember the uncle who used to have everything in the shop, but I think he has passed away already.

Rude , no customer service manners . all related detail was given & still asking too many and reply whatsapp with annoying words and emoji towards customer. the worst supplier ever i met.next time make sure you ask people Identity card picture too.
