Had an appointment this morning, waited 30 min before getting the inspection started took 1 hour for a small 7x12 trailer. Had to return for a re-check, they asked me to wait 30 min for someone to sign off the inspection. I waited once again for another hou on top of the 30 min, I got annoyed and left. I've received much quicker and better service at Peterbuilt on the other side of highway 13.

It's very bad place I pay too much for nothing I have more problem and doesn't Respect two customers Before you go this place think about I have envoys from you first time you did your estimation plus you say your truck is very good nothing problem and you charge me first time around 2000 seconds you charge me again around 600 you told me now it's very good you're still ink money from people Add steel I have same cod Tomorrow morning I am going to court First my truck it's not 2008 Even managers even owner nobody listen to me it's very bad place Just thinking still money

Alert!!! Never go in this dealer store.they steal your money from various type of way . They charged us 7000$ just to repair the starter it’s a small truck class 3. With in 3 days of reparation I got the same problem then they where asking again 3500$ again with guilty face.very bad service even the staffs. I will report them to police soon .i am very disappointed .avoid going in this dealer shop
