I made a reservation for a 4-day stay two weeks ago and paid in full. The day before I am schedule to arrive, they cancelled my reservation. No apologies. They said they "didn't realize there was an event in town." Not sure how that is in any way a legitimate excuse. This is a greedy, unprofessional place.

Terrible hotel!!!! Do not go at all! The room had mold in it! There were roaches in the room!! Mold on the shower curtain!! Mold on tiles in the tub. This hotel is gross and disgusting. The person at the front desk is very rude and the guy that keeps up with the hotel is very rude and disrespectful. The state board of health should close this place down!

I had a booking for over a month, and with about 48 hours notice before I would check in they cancelled it. Completely derailed my trip and made me pay quite a bit more than I intended at another location

I'll not be staying here because the door did not shut bad. People at the front desk. And then they told me to be quiet and they told me when i gonna sleep.
