InterContinental Dubai Festival City, an IHG Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this property and highly recommend the restaurants for their exceptional food. The spa facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. The hospitality is truly next level. Based on my personal experience, I casually mentioned in the elevator that I needed to leave for the airport at 5 AM. A hotel staff member overheard and offered to assist. I had planned to call the front desk in the morning for luggage assistance, but to my surprise, the same staff member called me at 4:30 AM for a wake-up call and was waiting outside my room at exactly 5 AM to help with my luggage—completely unprompted. This level of attentiveness and service truly sets this property apart!

Visited here for the pool day at Mimi’s pool club and atmosphere is electric, making it an ideal spot to soak in the sun, unwind by the pool, and revel in the unique fusion of Californian spirit and Dubai’s vibrant vibes. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with a lively and stylish setting. The club boasts a modern, chic design with comfortable loungers, private cabanas, and a pristine pool that sparkles under the sun with handcrafted delicious cocktails. Whether you’re lounging during the day or enjoying the neon-lit ambiance at night. Definitely 10/10 experience!!!

Outstanding Stay at FIVE Jumeirah Village! An exceptional hotel with a stunning design, private pools, and top-notch amenities. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. A special shoutout to Robert and Peter from housekeeping – their attention to detail and dedication made my stay even more perfect. Spotless rooms, friendly staff, and pure luxury. Highly recommended!
