The team has good customer service skill I can say. I fellt welcome. They listened and understood my needs.It was a positive, helpful and friendly environment with surely I have a great experience.😊 BTW, they have moved to new building. But still near to Da Men Mall. From the Da Men main entrance, walk to the left(if you are come out from the mall) and you will passby ZUS cafe and BSN Prudential office and it s somewhere there you can see the small signboard and go to level1. Their new big signboard is yet to ready.🫰
