Worst place in terms of professionalism. I would have given minus. Came 15 minutes early to do paperwork but they had already cancelled the appointment thinking someone booked it randomly without letting me know and also blamed me that I would have deleted the email or VM left to me yesterday. Complete waste of my time and money. Never seen such a place and how they operate. On top gave an appointment to another person who booked online too same as I did. Also owner asked the girl whether it was male or female and kept the phone that was weird rather than talking to me and apologizing. Complete blunder on how they operate.

Worst Message I’ve ever had. Told the girl to work on my upper back between shoulder blades, shoulders and neck. There was hardly any pressure, worked on my lower sides of back and upper sides of back. Then my arms and top chest. Not where I needed the message. Then when I said something, the therapist said well we did a through message, you should feel better later. Was not a full hr message either because was made to fill out paperwork for benefits before hand, which could have been done after, or told to come early to fill out paperwork. Would not recommend. My wife did a better job rubbing my shoulders and neck. Would give no stars if I could.

So I have decided to book with Massage Addict due to the direct billing they have available, which is great! I mean who doesn’t want that, right? 😅 So I get regular massages (at least twice a month) but must pay up front, which put a dent on my budget but I still get benefits to have it reimbursed. So this day. I’m well aware of the pricing, $100 for new customer and $120 for existing customers. I booked as new since I haven’t been since 2023. You know lots can change in between then and now. Massage was great! I love it! Laura was great on what she did; she definitely hit the right spot. A much needed massage. So come to find out that I’m not new and that’s fine, which I got charged for $120. But what I’m most peeved about is the fact the prices posted on their website doesn’t indicate if it’s already included gst or price + gst. To me, neither of that being mentioned is MISLEADING and with a sprinkle of deception. I have been to many massage therapists, and prices are always posted with the breakdown of subtotal + gst. As a customer, one must be aware of the total cost prior to getting the service(s). Now I know why I never came back after the last time in 2023, which was an atrocious massage since the lady (last masseuse) only lightly touch me. But that’s for another review. 🤣 What are the chances people are gonna book if they post the full prices? Definitely not coming back. 😂
