The company demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire process. We had our kitchen sink waterlines replaced along with a new water main line due to leaks. Jake and Dean provided outstanding service, working diligently to stop all leaks and patiently guiding us through each step. Their fair approach and expertise were greatly appreciated. We did not find them to be the ''lowest price guaranteed,'' as is advertised. $4600 to tile around the bathtub. They removed drywall around bath -- parts of drywall outside bathtub were damaged. Sections were mudded but not painted over. Shower tiles are not glossy but seem like floor tile. Advised shower piping had no leaks and no plumbing required, then replaced parts of pipes without telling me and said afterward ''they'd eventually go'' to account for higher pricing. Claimed it would take one whole day to bring down wall board -- insisted there was wall board behind older tile also to account for pricing. Turned out there was no wall board, just drywall, if came down in a few hours but they kept pricing the same. Claimed it was 200 dollars extra to replace a 1 foot small rotted section of the drywall beside the tub when it was brought to their attention. Broke through a closet to look at the pipes, determined there were no leaks, had the hole patched but left painting for us. We asked for insulation or soundproofing behind wall board. It was not put in. Bathroom floor was damaged in the work and will need replacing. Shower curtain rod was not reinstalled and we had to find a way to secure it ourselves. I told him my concerns and that this was not what I expected for that price, he didn't seem to care one bit. I'm not at all happy.

We recently used Dean and his team to put in our new bathroom faucets. They also replaced 2 of our sump pumps. They were very friendly and professional. The work was completed promptly and we are happy with the results. We will definitely use them again.

Dean has been incredible! We were having a problem with our salon sinks and he was so responsive and knowledgeable. 5 stars all around!!!
