super happy with my treatment here for a work related injury. sia was very informative and sudeshna was absolutely amazing every session we had, any questions i had were answered and i was made to feel comfortable instantly. they provided the tools i need to continue to improve at home so that i'm confident with my progress going forward. definitely recommend to anyone hesitant or nervous for their first time - everyone was attentive, supportive, patient and understanding. plus the parking was covered! i will miss my weekly visits at lifemark! 💗

I’ve been attending Lifemark Physiotherapy after my car accident, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The reception team is an absolute breath of fresh air! They’re always smiling and so eager to help with everything — from booking appointments to handling paperwork. It’s clear they genuinely care about keeping you on track with your recovery. I even witnessed one of the receptionists handle a difficult situation with such professionalism and grace. A client was being rude and abrupt, but the receptionist responded respectfully, never losing her composure. Not only did she continue assisting him, but she also took the time to find an alternative location that met his needs and personally directed him there — all while still smiling! Got in a car accident in December, and I started attending physiotherapy at this location with Sia. She was very attentive to my problems, and provided an excellent recovery pathway. The front receptionists are very kind, and I also got massage therapy from George, who was very attentive and excellent. I went here for five months, and I can definitely feel the improvement in my back compared to when I first started going.
