Before moving to Alberta, I only dealt with ICBC for Insurance, which was very streamlined. I choose InsureAlberta because of their good reviews and they seemed friendly, that was until I had a fender bender here, and started asking Trinity questions that would to the average Albertan may be "obvious" questions. When emailing with Trinity, I was greeted with condescending answers, and a hint of annoyance, non-friendly replies. I was disappointed as I tend to base my business choices based on the people that work there. For this reason, during the next vehicle purchase I make I will be shopping for a new broker for my insurance needs, as I prefer to give my business to people who deserve it and who are friendly no matter the circumstances.
