Brian and Manuel are the best! They are always super quick to respond and have helped me numerous times. Had a situation the other day where my credit union was asking for policy information and what I kept sending them kept getting rejected. I spent a few hours on the phone with the CU and they didn't help me so in desperation I just sent Brian and Manuel an email for help and they had it solved in about 5 mins. Ha! Lesson learned -- I'll ping them first next time.
