Love the diversity in background & talents of the community. Good leisurely activities, nice architecture, and reasonable tuition that feels worth it given the education you're getting. Services were never a pain to deal with for me. Most teachers are great. Don't know what the residencies are like, though. A solid 9/10, would recommend.

The Open House was well organized and our nephew could apply on the spot. They even give him a FREE sweater after completing the application. Program advisors gave detailed information about the specific program interested. Well 👍 done to Seneca staff.

We had an issue with low water pressure, and the plumber fixed it quickly. He was friendly, explained what had caused the problem, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Excellent service.

I practised with Seneca on Zoom two days before the exam. At that time, Zoom worked fine. On the day of the MTA exam, I couldn't get into Zoom. I had to create a personal account. Once I logged in, I used the chat box to tell the invigilators that I had issues accessing the college Zoom. Zoom then said I had to pay after forty minutes. My exam was two hours long. I was already upset, and I failed the exam as expected. When I raised this issue with the college, they claimed I hadn’t contacted the invigilators in the chat. Yes, I did! Anyone thinking of signing up for the MTA program should be careful. The program is misleading. This course isn’t suitable for people who have never worked in this field before. When I spoke to omtra I was told anyone changing careers could take this course. I don't recommend this program. I asked for a refund of my tuition for these reasons; I didn’t want to retake the exam. They denied my request. Update: I have already spoke with the College nothing will be done. Consider other colleges instead of Seneca.
