I've been using Camberley MOT Centre for more years than I care to remember and they've never let me down. They're constantly reliable, always friendly (even when I've done something stupid they don't make me feel like an idiot), always do their best to help when I need urgent help, extremely good value, and, most importantly, trustworthy. They have had occasions when they could have ripped me off or taken advantage of me and they never did. As long as they're in business, I'll be a customer.

Worst experience. Have been using this garage for years but they don’t even care about you. Very rude way of speaking with customers. I left my vehicle on Thursday for MOT and could not collect on the same day. Now I am out of town and could not collect for few days and they are saying collect it or will charge £50 pounds a day. No real sense of speaking with customers, very rude and unprofessional.

Used Camberley MOT Centre for the first time in recent weeks. Extremely happy. Very professional and completely transparent about the work being carried out. Will be using again for sure.

Again, this garage provided me with an excellent customer experience. I arrived at the garage ahead of its opening time, and of course, the door was already open, and instead of telling customers they need to wait until opening time, the staff were already working before 8:00 am and they let me book in the car in for its MOT. One of the few old fashioned garages left that you can turn up and have an MOT done while you wait. The staff were very helpful and the atmosphere in the waiting area was great with customers talking amongst themselves. I was advised that it may be around 10:00am as there were some cars before me. Which I was expecting. To my delight they completed the MOT ahead and it was ready to be collected at around 9:15 They also went ahead and changed some broken bulbs in a very practical and sensible way instead of introducing a big delay into the process, I am pleased to say they were way ahead of the curve. Thank you so much for providing such a great good old fashioned while you wait service. !!
