We’ve just had our bathroom and en-suite replaced by the Bathroom and Tile Studio and couldn’t be happier with the service received from the start to the end result. From the very first contact with both Alan and Stuart in the showroom we knew we would be in good hands. Our brief was met and budget was stuck to. There was no also pushy sales pitch like you get from most places which was lovely and to be honest quite refreshing not to be pounced on ! Stuart booked Alan in to measure up for us and then came up with some designs for us to look at and once we were happy we went ahead and booked a date. Our allocated fitters were Andy and David. We were absolutely given the best with these gents. They worked their socks off from start to finish and were so meticulous and absolute perfectionists. Fuelled by doughnuts, biscuits and endless coffee ;-) . Nothing was too much trouble and they were honestly a pleasure to have in our home. I think our dog became quite attached too each day waiting for his little game of play time! We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new bathrooms. If you’re looking for someone to do your work look no further and get in touch with Alan and Stuart, rest assured you absolutely won’t be disappointed. Thanks so much for our beautiful updated rooms to all of you.

We have just had a new bathroom fitted and are completely delighted with it, from start to finish the bathroom and tile studio staff went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted, Stu for sourcing everything we asked for, Alan for giving advice about our electrics, and the amazing fitters Andy and Dave were brilliant, working so hard. I can highly recommend the bathroom and tile studio.

I have recently had my bathroom completely renovated, with the bath remove and replaced with a shower enclosure, new two door vanity unit complete with washbasin, new WC with concealed cistern plus new floor, walls and ceiling. Alan came to my house to measure up and talked over various options then returned to shop where he designed the options we had discussed. This was all done free of charge with no pressure applied to buy. This was achieved with various changes to suit my budget. Alan was very patient with me and listened to my concerns The Bathroom Studio then provided me with a bathroom fitter and I cannot praise David enough for his workmanship and attention to detail and discussed with me any small changes that were required. All in all a perfect job

Definitely the bathroom that keeps giving...problems! The initial bath was fitted with a crack. After a year of fighting this was replaced but it moved. After another year of complaints the bath was secured to the floor. It now only moves slightly. The grout never set properly so washed away which they think is normal.We had a leak to the sink and the toilet push button was broken on fitting. We have now had the toilet leaking only to find out the cistern is just propped in the cupboard and not actually secured to anything which had caused water damage. I have contacted the company and haven't even had a response after 10days. So much for a 10year guarantee. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt and not left a review but it has been a complete disaster from start to finish.
