I called for a load from NJ to MA, a guy named MARK answered and as I was giving him my mc he questioned my PHONE number and asked why it was from RI.. i am stationed in RI and my driver was empty in NJ hence why I even called for the NJ load. told me he was going to pass because of the AREA CODE. This is unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL, what does my area code have anything to do with where my driver is stationed? I’ve called for loads from different states and never had this issue. He also hung up on another driver who was there with mine. what type of brokers do you guys have in your company??
