I had a serious kitchen sink blockage and NOTHING, and I mean nothing I tried worked. Baking soda, plunger, hot water, vinegar, 25' snake or coat hangar. The water just would NOT move and life in the kitchen was essentially halted! So had to admit defeat and called Brian as his reviews on Google were great! Within 3 hours he was here and snaked the entire length of the pipe for over 30 minutes with very professional looking equipment. He also installed an efficient snake access port for the future if and when there is another blockage. I was super impressed at Brian's knowledge, friendliness and pro advice. He definitely knew what he was doing. He even prepared the work area with a cloth and wore clean boot/shoe covers. His card is firmly attached to my fridge for any plumbing needs that may arise.

I was introduced to Bryan Li of Innovation Plumbing Inc by his brother (Innovation Electric Inc), Innovation Electric Inc did such a great job, that I told him if I ever needed plumbing work done, I will give his brother's company a try. It came the day that, I indeed needed to replace my kitchen faucet and replace the pipe outside of my house, and replace ball valve with drain part inside house. Bryan and his assistant Philip did an outstanding job replacing everything & explaining all the stuff they did. Believe me, they are very knowledgeable and very skilled, in addition to doing such a great job, they work very clean and didn't even walk all over the house in their outside shoes.
