I am on the board of a condo and Inland became our Property Manager about 2 years ago. I have been on the board 7 of the 12 years I have lived here. We have had a number of different companies and we even tried managing the building ourselves. I just want to say how lucky we are that we found Inland. They are amazing. They work hand in hand with our condo board and they have gone above and beyond what a management company should do. You have absolutely no idea how thankful I am that they work for us. Because of them I have a new appreciation for condo living.

Worst people to talk with Alejandra Hernandez and Marlene MacBurnie. They will never admit their fault and instead of listening to situation they just keep barking on phone explaining their no valuable talks. And in the end they will say if you want to take us to court feel free. Even e mailed to kate but never got a response from their company’s owner. They will send you notices for no reason and when we need to ask about to something they will never respond to you emails, calls. Such a greedy company to ever be with.

Worst Condo Management Company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Don’t question anything or point out anything that does not follow corporation Bylaws or the Condo Property Act and Regulations. Save your sanity, money and time and choose a reputable company that has your condo corporations best interest in mind. UPDATE in response to owner, everyone knows that your response is a feeble attempt to deflect accountability and most people will see that. Rest assured my review is based on fact, my personal experience and my opinion about my interactions with the people in your company. Also, information you have here wouldn’t identify me in any system.

Not recommended, from buying the condo to managing after, they always try to push the situation on you. A person named Alejandra and Marelne who try to escape and do not take responsibility. I did not have a choice as they had a contract for the building, but I would not suggest it to anyone.
