Customer experiences
I was needing a new system for some time now, mine was giving me issues every year in the summer. I contacted air Rey and Jorge Salazar was the person that answered and was able to help me within days. I will recommend them to anybody from now on!
I bought 2 new a/c units from this company when delivered one came brand new in a box another was just sitting in the back truck. I was already a little suspicious seeing it this way but they assured me there was nothing wrong with it. From the start I have had nothing but problems with this unit the compressor went out they charged me $400 labor to install a new one under their warranty. Then during Texas heat this unit could not cool my house I called them they charged me a $99 fee and did nothing to fix the unit he told me there was a leak and would have to schedule another appointment left me burning up in the heat for over a week. So I try to reach out again calling and emailing with no response cause the units are supposed to be warranted for 10 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
One of our units went out the beginning of this summer, so we called Air Rey service DFW Farmers Branch. We had used them 5 years ago for another unit in our house that we had to replace. Jorge Salazar came out on a Saturday to go over pricing/financing for the new unit that we needed. He showed up On time, he was courteous and professional. The technicians came out the following Monday to install our new unit. They were also very professional and efficient . I would definitely recommend Air Rey services to anyone that is needing a new AC unit installed..
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, this team operated on a level that鈥檚 rare in the world of home services鈥攑rofessional, respectful, communicative, and most importantly, trustworthy. I did not make this decision lightly. In fact, I used ChatGPT (yes, seriously) to verify every part of the process鈥攆rom HVAC specs to electrical safety鈥攁nd this team passed every check with flying colors. Frank Moreno, the project lead, is a rare kind of human. After I signed the contract, he drove back to my house鈥攁 10-minute return trip鈥攋ust to personally inform me that installation would be delayed by a day due to an accident. That could鈥檝e been a text. But he showed up to look me in the eye. That tells you everything you need to know about how he runs his business. Ask for him, no question. The techs? Incredibly respectful and transparent. They explained every step, treated my home like it was their own, and even repaired an unsafe subfloor beneath my water heater that wasn鈥檛 in the scope of work. That鈥檚 not normal. That鈥檚 integrity. They showed up early, installed everything they promised (new condenser, furnace, copper lines, insulation, and yes鈥攅ven replaced the breaker), and the system is now running beautifully. Ice-cold air in minutes. The energy these folks brought into my home was pure. Real recognizes real鈥攁nd I鈥檇 recommend this crew to anyone who鈥檚 tired of rolling the dice with contractors. I鈥檓 not just satisfied鈥擨鈥檓 inspired. If you鈥檙e reading this, stop overthinking it. These are the people you want in your corner.
Infinity Texas Air is a hvac contractor.
