This group is awful. We gave notice of our intent to leave at the end of our lease 2 months ago and have not received a phone call or email acknowledging that fact. They are very prompt to remind you to pay them money...but you have to fight for everything else. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

Update 1-15-25 WEEKS LATER Still no toilets and no response. UPDATE 1-4-25 DAY 11!! OF NO WORKING TOILETS! Day 3 of no working toilets…. I’d love to share more but HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL GET ME SOME MAINTENANCE SERVICE. The owner reads the reviews immediately so I’m certain you’ll read this. I would like working bathrooms. Your company is inhumane. If you rent from this disaster joke of a company..no offense but if you see these reviews and you still rent from here, you deserve it.. because you’ll regret it. No threat just a guarantee. You’ll hate it.

This company is terrible. They do not respond in a timely manner and that is IF they even respond. I’ve tried contacting them by phone and receive an automated message every time I call no matter the time or day, stating they have high volume on calls and to email them. I’ve tried emailing several times, with no response. I’ve even tried putting in a ticket on their portal, with no response. How is this company even still around with such TERRIBLE service?

scam company!!!! i was denied with a cosigner due to credit and money. i never submitted a paycheck stub? THEY JUST TAKE APP FEES THATS ALL AND DOESNT COMMUNICATE AT ALL UNTIL YOU CUS THEM OUT
